We are now looking for an Administrator for FM Service Desk – a person who enjoys being the "spider in the web" and wants to help create the best support service in the FM industry.
Working with us is varied and requires commitment, flexibility, and a positive attitude. You will be part of a team that serves as the central hub in Campus service delivery. Here, you will receive, resolve, and coordinate inquiries and fault reports, as well as provide administrative support via phone, email, and at our desk.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage switchboard and telephony
- Receive and handle inquiries, cases, and fault reports via phone, email, and in person
- Provide administrative support to the business
Qualifications
- Experience in the service industry
- Preferred: experience in customer service, booking, or reception
- Familiar with working in various IT systems
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and Word

Employment Type and Working Hours:
Full-time/permanent, 6-month probationary period applies.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM on-site
